donates Victorian Christmas image to Victoria Mansion-
Victoria
Mansion in Portland, Maine is exquisitely decorated
for Christmas. In support of this delightful and important historic
house, Hillstock has donated two Victorian images to to be used
on posters and invitations for the 2009 holiday "Let The Christmas
Bells Ring" celebration.

One-of-a-Kind Repurposed Vintage Cards-Hillstock
owner Averyl Hill has been attending Maine estate sales for over
a decade where she acquires many beautiful vintage cards, fabrics
and papers. Unlike our reproduction cards, each of our New Again
Greetings™
are actual vintage scraps applied to new card stock, giving them
new life!

and vintage 1930's typewriter to
be auctioned at the Portland, Maine Animal Refuge League Art Auction
& Cocktail Party. This event is focused on
raising money to help defray the medical expenses at the shelter.

is pleased to support Project Main Street's Annual
Gala on December 1st, 2008 in NYC by donating a collection
of vintage Christmas decorations for the auction. Project Main St.
strives to improve the quality of life for individuals afflicted
with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and their families by lessening
the financial burden associated with this dreadful disease. Hillstock
owner Averyl Hill grew up on Roosevelt Island with the founder,
Timmy Sheehy, who succumbed to ALS last year. She encourages anyone
able to attend this event.

fair fundraiser.

to be a sponsor of Victorian Mansion "Doll Teas"- Hillstock
will be donating an image of a girl's tea tea party to be used on
the invitations for Portland, Maine's Victoria Mansion's Doll's
Tea, an elegant high tea for young ladies and their favorite doll.
Included will be a presentation on the Victorian Language of Flowers,
hands-on Victorian crafts, desserts and tea. A tour of Victoria

be sold by the gift shop. All profits will go to Victoria Mansion.
Hillstock
will no longer offer a personal use version of the holiday graphics
CDs. For our customers who have already purchased this
license, the personal
use license terms will still apply.

line launched- Three
years in the making, Hillstock has launched a reproduction card
line available for purchase at HillstockGreetings.com.
What separates Hillstock greetings from other vintage image card
makers are the acid-free inks, archival cotton rag card stock
and hand treatments. Card designs feature holiday and nostalgic
images not found on our CD collections.
Hillstock donates
$100 worth of arts & crafts supplies to a non-profit Portland,
Maine youth art program!
Company owner Averyl Hill, trained in art therapy, believes in
the healing power of the arts and brought over an array of non-toxic
crafting paints and papers to be used in the new youth program.

Donates over 200 Posters to Maine Military Families- South
Portland, Maine. Company owner Averyl Hill personally handed out
posters to families of Maine troops serving in Iraq at a locally
sponsored tribute. The posters were designed using a World War One
image from The Hillstock Collection™ depicting a soldier and
his sweetheart embracing by Howard Chandler Christy.
